After studying his work last month, this piece is a bit of a nod to Mike Mignola whom I personally think is the best in the biz at cover composition. And while it doesn't even come close to a Mignola composition, it's now a month later and I still don't hate this cover. That's a victory of sorts I guess. Thanks for the inspiration Mike!
