commish: enma x3

commission for ~heilei of her character, enma.

I sort of took a few liberties with the outfit and scythe to
make it look better in my style, so hopefully she will be okay
with that xDD [i didn't get to talk to her at all while I worked
on it...]

Anyway I had a lot of fun with this. xDD I really wanted to
do some swirly shit with her coat tails. I didn't get it quite
how I wanted to, but I think it came out okay xD
